Easily order balustrade components

Order whenever you like. We are here for you round the clock – by phone or email during business hours and 24/7 through our online shop. Nearly all our 4,000+ railing products are available immediately from stock. You will also find that we are a convenient one-stop shop, with base channels for glass balustrades, glass infills, glass clamps, cap rails, handrail brackets, handrail tubes and lots more besides. Choose from a selection of shapes, sizes and material finishes to create your own custom-designed balustrade system.

Simple steps to order:

Step 1: Register and/or login to your Q-railing account
To be able to see price details and stock information, and to start adding products to your shopping basket, simply log in to your online Q-railing account.

No account yet? If you are already a Q-railing customer, you will find that we have done the preparatory work for you! We have already set up your account. All you need to do is reset your password. You will then receive an email with a link enabling you to choose a new password. With that done, your online account is good to go.

Not a Q-railing customer yet? Don’t worry, we can still provide you with your own online account. It may take just a little longer though. Fill out your details on the registration page and we will process your request ASAP. Requests on working days are usually processed and released the same day. If you send us your request after working hours or at the weekend, we will process it the next working day.

Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart
To help you find the exact balustrade component you are looking for, we have conveniently divided our products into product categories. Furthermore, you can use the search bar to search for particular products using a product name or article number. You would then simply click the product you are interested in, select a variant (if relevant) and add the item to your shopping cart with just one click.

Step 3: Go to your shopping cart
When you have finished shopping, click the shopping cart icon to go to your shopping cart. There, you get a complete overview of your cart’s contents. It is possible that you will want to make changes to products, variants or quantities. That’s easily done on the shopping cart page. Any special discounts or personal discounts will be deducted automatically and shown in the shopping cart summary.

Step 4: Select a delivery address
We always do our very best to make sure that orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon leave our warehouse the same day. But as you will appreciate, we are dependent on the delivery schedules of parcel services and freight forwarders.

You can opt to use your billing address as the delivery address or, alternatively, provide a different destination address for your order. The delivery cost and time will be calculated on the basis of the address you specify.

Step 5: Select a payment method
In our online shop, the payment terms that apply are the same as for your offline orders. So, if you are new to Q-railing, we ask you to pay for your order straightaway. To do that, you have the option of using [add electronic payment options] or credit card. For regular customers, it is also possible to order on account.

Step 6: Check your order overview
This is the last step in the checkout process. Double check your entire order, including delivery and payment details, one last time. Tick the box to confirm you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and – if everything is correct – place your order by clicking ‘Pay’.

Step 7: Finalise your order
You will now either be transferred to our secure payment environment (if you are paying upfront) or shown a ‘Thank you’ message. If you are transferred to our payment environment, please choose your bank/credit card and follow the instructions given to finalise your order.
